제1조 (목적) Article 1. Purpose

본 약관은 (주)하마소프트(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Tubory 앱(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Tubory app ("Service") developed by HamaSoft ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

제2조 (정의) Article 2. Definitions

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경) Article 3. Effect and Modification of Terms

1. 본 약관은 서비스를 이용하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다.
2. 회사는 필요 시 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 앱 업데이트 또는 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
3. 이용자가 변경된 약관의 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

1. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
2. The Company may modify these Terms as needed. Changes will be announced via app updates or in-app notices.
3. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

제4조 (서비스 이용) Article 4. Use of the Service

1. 기본 기능: 서비스는 YouTube 영상 URL을 공유받아 북마크로 저장·관리하고, 학습 진행을 추적하는 기능을 제공합니다.
2. Google 로그인: 구독 채널 연동 기능은 Google 계정 로그인이 필요합니다. 로그인은 선택 사항이며, 로그인 없이도 기본 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. YouTube API: 서비스는 YouTube Data API v3를 활용합니다. YouTube 콘텐츠 이용 시 아래 YouTube 정책이 함께 적용됩니다.

4. 크레딧: YouTube API 호출(트렌드 조회, 채널 영상 검색 등)에는 크레딧이 소모됩니다. 광고 시청을 통해 크레딧을 충전할 수 있습니다.
5. 구독 채널 신규 영상 알림: Google 로그인 후 구독 채널에 신규 영상이 업로드되면 FCM 푸시 알림으로 안내합니다. 알림을 탭하면 해당 영상이 앱 내에서 바로 재생됩니다.
6. 채널 알림 구독 해제 (Delete Channel Info): 설정 화면에서 서버에 저장된 채널 구독 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제 후에는 앱이 채널 정보를 재등록하기 전까지 알림이 전송되지 않습니다.

1. Core Features: The Service allows users to receive YouTube video URLs via Android share intent, save them as bookmarks, manage collections, and track learning progress.
2. Google Sign-In: Subscription channel integration requires a Google account. Sign-in is optional; core features are available without it.
3. YouTube API: The Service uses YouTube Data API v3. Use of YouTube content is subject to the following YouTube policies:
   1. YouTube Terms of Service
   2. YouTube Community Guidelines
4. Credits: YouTube API calls (trend browsing, channel video search, etc.) consume credits. Credits can be replenished by watching rewarded ads.
5. New Video Notifications: After signing in with Google, users receive FCM push notifications when subscribed channels upload new videos. Tapping a notification plays the video directly within the app.
6. Delete Channel Info: Users can delete all server-stored channel subscription data at any time via the settings screen. Notifications will not be sent until the app re-registers channel data.

제5조 (이용자의 의무) Article 5. User Obligations

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

Users must not engage in the following activities:

1. 서비스를 이용하여 타인의 저작권, 초상권 등 지식재산권을 침해하는 행위
2. YouTube 이용약관 또는 커뮤니티 가이드라인에 위반되는 방식으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
3. 서비스를 역설계(리버스 엔지니어링), 디컴파일, 수정하거나 파생 저작물을 만드는 행위
4. 크레딧 시스템을 우회·악용하거나 부정한 방법으로 크레딧을 취득하는 행위
5. 자동화된 수단(봇, 스크립트 등)으로 서비스를 이용하거나 YouTube API를 과도하게 호출하는 행위
6. 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
7. 관련 법령 또는 공공질서에 반하는 행위

1. Infringing upon intellectual property rights (copyright, portrait rights, etc.) of others through the Service.
2. Using the Service in a manner that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Service.
4. Circumventing or abusing the credit system, or obtaining credits through unauthorized means.
5. Using automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) to use the Service or make excessive YouTube API calls.
6. Impersonating others or interfering with Service operations.
7. Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or public order.

1. 서비스는 Google AdMob 배너 광고 및 리워드 광고를 포함합니다.
2. 리워드 광고 시청은 선택 사항이며, 이를 통해 크레딧을 획득할 수 있습니다.
3. 광고 콘텐츠는 Google이 제공하며, 회사는 광고 내용에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

1. The Service includes Google AdMob banner ads and rewarded ads.
2. Watching rewarded ads is optional and grants credits upon completion.
3. Ad content is provided by Google; the Company is not responsible for the content of advertisements.

제8조 (지식재산권) Article 8. Intellectual Property

1. 서비스 내 콘텐츠(앱 디자인, 아이콘, 텍스트, 코드 등)의 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
2. 이용자가 서비스를 통해 저장하는 YouTube 영상 콘텐츠의 저작권은 해당 영상 제작자 및 YouTube에 귀속되며, 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관의 허용 범위 내에서만 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자가 앱에 입력한 메모 등 저작물의 권리는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.

1. Intellectual property rights in the Service (app design, icons, text, code, etc.) belong to the Company.
2. Copyright in YouTube video content accessed through the Service belongs to the respective creators and YouTube; users may only use such content within the scope permitted by YouTube's Terms of Service.
3. Content created by users within the app (e.g., notes, memos) remains the intellectual property of the respective user.

제9조 (서비스 변경 및 중단) Article 9. Service Changes and Suspension

1. 회사는 서비스 내용을 변경하거나, 부득이한 사유로 서비스를 일시적으로 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.
2. 서비스 중단 또는 종료 시 가능한 범위에서 사전 고지합니다.
3. 서비스가 종료되어도 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터는 영향받지 않습니다.

1. The Company may modify the Service or temporarily suspend or terminate it due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. The Company will provide advance notice of suspension or termination to the extent practicable.
3. Termination of the Service will not affect locally stored data on the user's device.

제10조 (면책 조항) Article 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. 회사는 아래 사항에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
   1. YouTube API 정책 변경 또는 할당량 초과로 인한 서비스 제한
   2. 이용자의 기기 문제, 네트워크 오류, OS 업데이트로 인한 서비스 장애
   3. 앱 삭제·기기 초기화로 인한 로컬 데이터 손실
   4. Google 정책에 의한 Google 계정 또는 YouTube 콘텐츠 접근 제한
2. 서비스는 현재 상태(as-is)로 제공되며, 특정 목적 적합성에 대한 묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
3. 서비스를 통해 접근하는 YouTube 콘텐츠의 정확성·완전성·적합성에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.

1. The Company is not liable for:
   1. Service limitations due to YouTube API policy changes or quota exhaustion.
   2. Service failures caused by device issues, network errors, or OS updates.
   3. Data loss resulting from app uninstallation or device reset.
   4. Restrictions on Google account or YouTube content access due to Google policies.
2. The Service is provided "as-is" without any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
3. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of YouTube content accessed through the Service.

제11조 (YouTube 정책 준수) Article 11. YouTube Policy Compliance

1. 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관 및 YouTube 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수해야 합니다.
2. 회사는 YouTube API 개발자 정책을 준수하여 서비스를 제공합니다.
3. YouTube API를 통해 취득한 데이터는 YouTube API 정책에서 허용하는 용도로만 사용됩니다.

1. Users must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
2. The Company provides the Service in compliance with the YouTube API Developer Policies.
3. Data obtained through the YouTube API is used only for purposes permitted by YouTube API policies.

제12조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결) Article 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. 본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다.
2. 서비스와 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간 분쟁이 발생하면, 양 당사자는 성실한 협의를 통해 해결합니다.
3. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우, 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따라 결정됩니다.

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any disputes arising from the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
3. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
